The Online Consumer Marketplace
The online consumer marketplace is in its infancy, and consumer online spending has yet to explode. A number of things are currently holding consumers back including a perceived lack of security and a definite lack of compelling online commerce experiences. However, online merchants and technology developers are making progress and promise to change the landscape of the online consumer marketplace such that the medium will become a viable distribution and marketing channel for businesses of all sizes.
This Jupiter presentation will address some of the current issues that are holding back online consumer spending as well as set a framework for the future of business to consumer commerce on the Web.
